Did my first smoke on my new WSM 14.5. I used the base from the old one only because I haven't put clamps on the new charcoal basket. One thing I noticed is that the new body seems to be a bit loose in the 5 year old base and the old body seems a bit tight in the new base. I wonder if they are making them just a bit smaller, maybe a 1/64th of an inch?
Anyhow I did 2 racks of ribs, halved, and 2 Disney smoked turkey legs.
Started the coal at 11:30 and at 5 pm it had pretty much burned it all, so 5 1/2 hours, I added 5 unlit coals to finish the last half hour.
I had all the vents open fully for then entire 5 1/2 hours, the charcoal is old, been in a damp garage for over 2 years and the temp never got above 275, but that was fine. I’m guessing it’s a big turkey leg they sell at Disney theme parks that you gnaw on as you walk around, similar to those sold at Renaissance festivals.

Exactly, the Renaissance festivals got the idea from Disney and the Disney Parks sell somewhere around a million of them. They have a ham like taste

If I go to Disney to get one I will have to take 7 grandkids 8 and under......
