1st cook on the WSM - pulled pork

Did my first smoke on my new WSM yesterday. Smoked 3 pork butts, 12 lbs total. Rubbed with a Memphis rub. Cooked them for 11 hours.
Basted with apple juice throughout cooking process and finished with my sweet and spicy bbq sauce. Overall it turned out great, and I got a lot of compliments from my friends that stopped by. I don't think my first smoke could have gone any better!

Nice looking butts and yes a plated pic would be nice, I imagine you were to busy chowing down to remember a pic.
