1st Brisket burnt ends

Hopefully I got this figured out how to post pics. 11 pounder rubbed down. Pretty simple rub with SP and paprika.














It all came out great! No plated pics but the burnt ends were the best. Pretty successful 1st packer. Thanks for looking.

Looks great Paige...I really liked the ABT's and ends on the rig!! If you click the little "I" and choose IMG it will paste the picture instead of the link!

When u pull up your photo album and click a picture there should be a little "I" on the lower right hand side..click that and 4 options show up...click the last one and it should tell ya "copied IMG code". then paste to your post..should be good then!
 
Looks like you got it now...just gotta work on the sizing!! Ya I am no good with this stuff either..lots of trial and error!
 
Good looking food there Paige. I have gotta try a brisket cause I love burnt ends :). Looks like you got it down.

Great post, I have to try ABTs soon.

Mike you definitely gotta try the ABT's. Every time I have made them they have been gone before I can even turn around. Make more than you think you will need. They are awesome. I've done them with the little smokies and the leftover pulled pork, good either way but I like the little smokies better
