1991 Weber Genesis Gas Barbecue Cookbook 4012101
This is the original gray plastic binder cookbook that came with Genesis 1/2/3/4/5 and Jr gas grills in the early 1990s. 108 full color pages, 6.5" x 8.5". This cookbook contains 22 pages of warnings, safety procedures, operating instructions, and storage and cleaning information, 2 pages on accessories, and 12 pages on direct/indirect cooking methods, using a rotisserie, using the Steam-N-Chips smoker accessory, and cooking time/temp charts. The balance of the cookbook contains recipes for meats, poultry, fish and seafood, side dishes, breads, marinades and sauces, and a closing section on "Weber Tips" on cooking for a crowd.
