Got a family party coming up later in the month and have had a request for lots of ribs. Assuming I'm stacking the ribs how many racks do you think I could realistically fit on a 18" WSM?
You could probable do about 12-14 smaller ones (2 lb or so) with a rack holder if you do the 4 beer can (four tall boys) and extra (horizontal) rack mod found here
