15lb overnighter

OMFG what a great lookin cook! I must have no talent whatsoever for cooking brisket, cause mine looks craptastic compared to yours.

Thats an awesome looking brisket Dwain, and that chipped gravy looks good too. I guess I'm gonna have to get off my butt and finally make one.

I have found my local wally world to have a good price on full packers, though I think they are ungraded, probably better for a HH. My local publix seems to be only carrying flats, but they are a little pricey compared to ww.

Great Brisky there!!!!! I always fine my packers are better when I bbq in the winter time, then in the summer time. Must be the cooler weather, the smoke runs a little cooler. Nice killer smoke ring there too!!!!

gee thanks a lot..........now I have to stop on my way home and find me some brisket!!! :wsm:

really nice looking eats and leftovers.......my wife loves leftover Q, you can do sooooooo many yummy things with it!

I agree dwayne. I had sliced BBQ brisket, sliced brisket with a chipped beef gravy over potatoes, nachos, and SWMBO made a beef brisket veggie soup in the slow cooker for tonight's supper:

We have about a half pound chunk left and I think we'll do beef and noodles next. Then, I have to do another overnighter.

BTW... you spell your name wrong.
