I found this forum (which is great by the way) because my 7 year old junk brand gasser finally disintegrated. I was tired of buying junk and decided to do a little research on the best gas grills and that led me here
A new Weber at full retail price is not an option for me right now so I am looking on Craigslist.
I have to admit I am intrigued by the thought of mildly refurbishing an older model if I can get one at a great price.
I found what I believe to be a Genesis Gold C (possibly a 2001 or 2002) but I don't know if $150 is a great deal?
I also may be able to get a brand new Spirit E210 for $250 but that one is not a sure thing.
Is $150 for a 13 year old Gold C a good deal?
Is the E210 for $250 a better deal?
Update: I just realized the Gold C I was looking at is natural gas which won't work for me. Back to the drawing board.......
