Combo tacos today on a hot and fast cook. Held stable between 325 on a full chimney. Had 3 wood chunks and unlit briquettes to cover on the bottom of the grate.

Those are some legit tacos! A legit cook to make a killer meal. I smoked a small pork shoulder about a month ago and the family said that is a lot of work for some tacos, they are asking me to do it any now.
