14.5 arrived Wed., thanks Amazon for the quick delivery, and I have been itching to put it into rotation except the family had other plans for me this weekend. I was able to put a quick dinner plan together last night that wouldn't interfer with our schedule - 3 chickens & 12 hrs of brine time later we have smoke!

And a refreshment for the waiting -

Thanks guys - breast should have been turned out instead of centered - should be done in 20-30 mins - cooking at 2:30-245.

Sorry no plate! Was hungry and forgot - but I did get a pic of two of them coming off - they turned out great! Cook time was a bit longer than I thought but then I figured there was 19lbs of yard bird on there. Overall BWSM (baby WSM) works well and equal quality as the rest of weber gear.

That counter looks like about the perfect working height to me. Good looking first cook!

Yeah, very nicely done. And I also want to complement you on your cook top in the background. Quick question about it though. Are those kettles supported only by the tabs on the side? Or do you also have braces/brackets as well?

Yes please put up some pictures of your cook area, have to design one for next spring project and that looks kewl!

The grills are actual performers - I purchased them specifically because they had the tabs- I used the carts for 22.5 WSMs

These pictures were taking during the build time -
