14.5" and Turkey

I saw a 10 lber at the grocery that will definitely fit so Bob's suggest is probably a good one.

I've done an 11lb mounted on a beer can chicken stand on the lower grate with the upper grate removed.

I am guessing we are too late here.... But I got a 9.5lb on right now, and was a tight fit... But I didn't tie the legs up. seems like a good size, but sure you could force the issue for a couple more pounds.
