Jim... Great post!!! I do the same thing when I travel, except I take along my Jumbo Joe and my Smokey. Weber makes a great, very portable table, that is specifically for the JJ or the Go Anywhere Grills. It sets up in a second and securely locks down either grill. Here is a link if you're interested. Some tremendous views and amazing cook!! That Hazelnut Brown Nectar is really an amazing beer. Its one of my favorites and I dont usually go for brown ales.
