bought about 4lbs of "country style ribs" and seasoned them with RumpRub
tossed them on the 26" Weber indirectly with apple wood atop Weber briqs
after and hour & ½, i placed them in a foil pan...
...then smothered them in Rufus Teague Touch o' Heat and ½abottle of Breckenridge Vanilla Porter
tightly foiled the top of the pan and tossed it back on the grill for another 2 hours.
...and this is it ↓↓↓↓
★☆★☆★served with sautéed onions, red peppers and asparagus with skillet taters under the pork☆★☆★☆★
OhmY! it was so fork-tender and daggum-tasty, i didn't wanna stop eeting!
