bought about 4lbs of "country style ribs" and seasoned them with RumpRub

tossed them on the 26" Weber indirectly with apple wood atop Weber briqs

after and hour & ½, i placed them in a foil pan...

...then smothered them in Rufus Teague Touch o' Heat and ½abottle of Breckenridge Vanilla Porter

tightly foiled the top of the pan and tossed it back on the grill for another 2 hours.
...and this is it ↓↓↓↓

Rufus Teague Touch o' Heat and ½ a bottle of Breckenridge Vanilla Porter.....sounds like a great combo for those country style ribs..

It's been a while since we've had country-style ribs, but now that I've seen the pics of your totally yummy cook, I'm gonna seek some out real soon!

Looks fantastic. I have some CSRs in the freezer, have never made them since I wasn’t sure what to do with them.
But now I know !!!!
