I thought I would ask my forum friends for some advice.

Santa brought me a “Little Griddle” for Christmas which I have yet to try it. No excuses just been to cold or windy to use it. Now that it’s thinking about warming up I want to see how it works. So my question is to those who have one, do I need to preseason it or just go for it. Also what’s the best way to clean it and store it.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions you might have.

Rich,
I washed mine before using, that's all.
Before each cook I spray on a light coating of oil.
Storage for me is upside down on top of a charcoal kaddy:

Pour a little water on it while still hot and the gunk will scrape right off.

Rich, please don't wimp out like Jim, griddle on a real grill!
We all know that it's very seldom he cooks anything on a Weber. :p

Great photography everyone! So appetizing! Now, how about a review of the product including links and name of the actual product? Did I miss that? It looks really useful for a variety of applications.

Thank you!
Rita

Rita,
Jim and I have the Euro-Q Junior griddle, $29 on Amazon.
It seems Rich has a larger model.
I have cooked on mine many times and love it, using it mainly for breakfast or for burgers

I think you should enter one of your breakfasts in the throwdown Bob! I'm pretty sure you'd win.
