New thermometer as fast as Thermapen for only $46!


 
I tried a bunch of thermometers over the years, a few saying they are fast as a Thermapen. I finally got a Thermapen and it is worth the money.
 
This Javelin looks sharp and is cheaper, does anyone have hands on experience with one? The Thermopen is the gold standard.
 
As a new comer to the super fast thermometer market, time will tell if the pro can be a competitor to the Thermapen. I own an original Thermapen and a waterproof so I am not in the market for one.

I do like the notification when stable temperature has been reached. I don't like it that they don't give any information on the technology used to make their thermometer faster.

If these thermometers was the oil business, Thermapen would lower their price until Javelin went out of business and then raiser their prices again. :)
