The burgers had a really good crust - that's a pasilla pepper on the bottom, then meat, then k&m, then dill,,,,,,,,,,,,,,on a jalapeno/cheddar bagel.

Nice job Clint. There is a burger joint up here that just celebrated it's 75th anniversary. They serve burgers just like yours, razor thin. They fry them on a griddle with just shredded lettuce, onion and cheese if you want it. They are delicious. We eat there at least once a month.
 
Great looking burgers! I was thinking of getting a pizza steel to grill burgers on but yours sure does the trick and costs a lot less than any pizza steels I've seen online.
