Anyone ever smoke scrapple?

Since the forum description includes "everything but the oink", which is basically what Scrapple is made of, I've got to ask if anyone's ever tried smoking it? I love the stuff, but I'm clearly in the minority in my household. It's usually best when sliced thin (1/8" or so) and fried to a crisp on the outside, but I wonder if some good smoky flavor could be infused before the frying...

I like BBQ Spam. Not sure what's in Spam, but I'd guess the only thing not in it is the oink, lol
