Several times when I have cooked a batch of ribs, I've used several different rubs to experiment. Invariably, I lose track of which rub is on each rack. Anyone got an idea of how to tag the racks so I can tell which rub was used?

I've used toothpicks, too, but didn't have any colored ones handy. I broke toothpicks in half and used them in combinations. No toothpick = rub 1, one toothpick = rub 2, two toothpicks = rub 3.

Regards,
Chris

I save my deli containers and write the name of the rub on both the lid and the container itself.
I've also written on Ziploc bags. Permanent markers are a Godsend.
