    Nice looking 2 inch boneless rib eyes seasoned to Kosher Salt and fresh cracked pepper. Getting delicious... Served with a creamy blue cheese onion sauce and some sauteed spinach. Enjoy. And thanks for looking!

    Grilled Chicken legs

    My 1st try at PSB

    I found it very easy to make. Got a bottom round roast a little over 4 pounds. Seasoned it with Kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic and onion powder. Smoked it until it was 165 then finished it in the oven. I'll try to remember action and plated shots for the next time. Red, yellow...

    First try with BB ribs

    Just put in two racks of baby backs on my WSM. Temp came up to 225 pretty quick but has regulated well and stayed in the 235 to 240 range. Can't wait for dinner. :cool:
