    2008 Genesis e310 NG Help

Hey Guys - Looking for some guidance and advice on this one. I originally purchased my e310 NG about 10 years ago, and not having a NG line outside at the time, I converted it from NG to LP. I was able to purchase a LP manifold at the time before Weber clamped down on the conversions. Well -...

Very very old Weber - my newest addition!!

Guys - I'm really floored with what I found. I had a friend pick up what I thought was an old "Redhead" which I thought was just a regular OTS. What I got was a pristine - new in box - never opened Bar B Kettle. The box looks old - but still in great condition. The staples were all still...

    Tri Tip Question!

Guys - I've never tried Tri Tip, but all your posts really make me want to try it. The only problem is I get all my meat from Costco (love it there) and Tri Tip is always in the $5-6 per lbs range.....and that is really close to my first love in life.....RibEye! RibEye Choice is always...

    Weber Porcelain Griddle

Hey guys - I just got my griddle for my Genesis E-310. I was all prepared to properly season the griddle when I then saw on the box "porcelain enameled cast iron". So - am I correct in thinking that any cast iron that is porcelain coated does NOT need seasoning?

    My first CL SCORE!

So I finally hit the jackpot! (I think...) Picked up a 2008 Genesis E-310 NG for $95. The sucker has NEVER been used. The owner didn't want to end up putting in a NG line so it just sat. So I grabbed it in a second. Now the only problem is ....... I don't have a NG line either. I've read...

Guys - I'm really stepping up my CL searching, but one question I can find is - are used Weber's still covered under their warranty? Reading the manual it seems no - but from reading posts about other peoples CL finds and it seems that they are...... Is it just if the used weber has not been...

Anyone know of any documentation for the years a certain Genesis was produced/sold? Ie: Genesis 1000 (97-99?) Genesis Silver A/B/C (00-06?) Genesis Gold Genesis EP-310/320 (07+) I've been looking at the manuals at weber to get a good idea of the differences each model had - but I can't find...

    Indentifying a "Q"

So I'm keeping my eyes open for a Q - and besides seeing a thermometer on the lid - how can I indentify which model Q if the owner doesn't know? I think it's a Q 200 - but I guess it could be a 120. What's a fair price for: Q-200 Folding Stand 10 lb propane tank w/attachment

I pick the WORST time to smoke!

First smoke was bitter bitter cold - around 5 degrees F. Today - weather looked OK - temp was in the high 40s. Now...rain. I know a little rain won't hurt the WSM - but instead of staying outside and enjoying the whole experience , I'm running in and out of the house. I can't wait till summer

    2008 Spirit e-310 - parts help

Guys - I "think" I know the answer but I want to verify. How can I identify what grates/flavorizer bars/burners I have? I got it at Sears, and they aren't SS - and I'm "guessing" its porcelain coated steel, but thats just a guess. I would like to upgrade to PCI, but I just want to make sure...

    First Smoke - Cold weather: 1 - Me: 0

Well I'm waiving the white flag of surrender. First smoke ever and it had to be in sub-10F weather for 12+ hours just wasn't the best idea. Starting out, everything looked good - held 300F+ at the grate for most of the night (at least when I was up). Woke up this morning and the coals where...

First Smoke - pork butt - advice needed!

Hey guys - first off I want to say thanks for all the information here. I've been reading threads here for the past month. This week I'm planning on attempting my first smoke and from everyone's advice it seems like pork butt is a good first smoke for its "forgiving" qualities. I'm guessing...
