    zyliss gadgets.

    Does anyone use zyliss gadgets? I recently got some knives at ace on sale and they are nice. I saw they have one piece silicone spatula and other stuff and I am wondering how well they hold up.

    First brisket is done.

    MY first overnight cook is a success I think. I started at 6:30 filled ring with K and hickory. added 25 brikets to chimmney and lit them up.     New water pan in old 18.5

    Any hints in foiling bigger pan? Any tips on clearance between bottom and charcoal? Can I weld, patch, jb weld epoxy, or any other repairs to fix the cancer holes in orignal shallow water pan?

    Coast of brisket.

    I just bout a used wsm and it was made in 2004 (DH). Can I contact weber and get replacment parts covered under warranty? 18.5 wsm, 18.5, 22.5 orignal kettels.
