Rick, Call that 800 number in the instruction manual and tell them to send you another water pan. For the money you spent everything should be perfect. They make it so easy it's worth the call.

I would have bought mine from a store, but I couldnt find one around here. The box wasnt even damaged so i dont know how I had 3 different dents in the smoker.

I had the same problem.3 Dents in the sides of the bottom bowl. I was also missing all the hardware to put the thing together. After a short phone call my replacements are on the way. No problems
