    I have a Genesis gold c that is almost 10 years old. When I light the first burner it sometimes stops halfway. Is anyone familiar with this? Do I need to replace one or all of the burners? I am getting a new grill but I want this one to be ready for big cooks.

    Doing beginner ribs - how long before it should be up to temp?

    Foe short cooks like this I put the unlit charcoal on top of the lit. For long cooks I do the opposite. I dont know if thats right or not but its what I do and it has worked so far.

    what do you guys do? (cut, marinade, rub etc)? I have been doing drumsticks, high heat on the WSM with no water. I am just using a store bought rub from KC masterpiece. ANy other recommendations? I tried boneless ,skinless breast using some salt and sugar brine but they came out watery or something.

    Any hope for Qing on vacation

    I don't think that would work at all. I bought a OTG for my last trip. I figured there will be plenty of other trips in the future so why not drop $90 and enjoy all of them. It colapses to about the size of the bowl. The legs pop right out.
