I have the NESCO VS-12 and like it very much. I use it mostly for sous vide cooking and freezer storage. I've purchased generic bags on Amazon, and they are satisfactory, though not as good as name brand bags.
I'm routinely seeing 18.5 inch WSM's being sold on FB Marketplace for $100 in my area (Fredericksburg, VA). Most appear to be in good condition. I wonder if this indicates that pellet grills/smokers have really begun to replace WSM's.
The price for the Weber Rotisserie Kit for the 22 inch kettle is now approximately $235. I'd love to buy one, but do you think it's really worth it at that price?
Does anyone have experience cutting a notch on the WSM with an oscillating multitool? I'm wondering if this tool would be an acceptable substitute for an angle grinder. Thank you.
