    Sunday Roast- Pork

    Citrus marinated Halibut with black beans

    Trying to add some fish into my diet. Not an easy task but halibut makes it worthwhile! This was flash frozen so it still tasted very fresh. Marinated in fresh lime and orange with some garlic Whipped up some black beans, rice and a salad. This was kind of a Brazilian type of dish. Cheers!

    Sunday soup replaced Sunday roast this week. Cold and snowy weather in the PNW finally. Rubbed down some thighs Put them on Performer with some BnB and some peach 🍑. Just let them soak in some smoke and get to about 150. Prepped the rest of the ingredients and started to put it all together...
