I use an empty 28oz soup can. The adapter metal square just fits so there it doesn't come off. Works great!

In true new stoker fashion, they got back to me within the hour. They believe its a probe. According to Stoker, if the fan is plugged in alone, and turns on then off on power-up, the stoker is fine. This was successful. So I just have to find the probe! 1 of 3 I was using!

Before I panic, I am having an issue with the stoker. I set it up and it works for about 2 hours, then it loses all probes. But the fan runs continuously. I have reloaded the software, downgrading, upgrading, and it does the same thing. Has done this 3 or 4 times.

Under the blower setting on the Stoker is "Off for 5 min." Hit that, open lid, work, close lid, off you go!

did you check the probes in boiling water?
