Stoker help

Before I panic, I am having an issue with the stoker. I set it up and it works for about 2 hours, then it loses all probes. But the fan runs continuously. I have reloaded the software, downgrading, upgrading, and it does the same thing.

Has done this 3 or 4 times.

If the fan runs continuously, it usually means the device is hung. I am afraid it sounds like you have a hardware issue.

In true new stoker fashion, they got back to me within the hour. They believe its a probe. According to Stoker, if the fan is plugged in alone, and turns on then off on power-up, the stoker is fine. This was successful. So I just have to find the probe!
