    fired it up. this thing is huge!!! threw on some BSCB my table!! next day rolled some biscuits out and stuffed theme with pork and sprinkle with rub dialed her in at 350 after about 15 mins some had to go directly on the grill to finish the bottoms so far i like the 26...

    Thanks guys!! i know most of you know how easy these things are to cook on so it doesnt take that much skill!!! especially with the help of my cyber q's and friends. i like to cook everything on site and in the cookers, and yes i do foil my meats. i stack when i can and cook sides under meats...

    i have 2 cyber q's that will run 4 of the cookers. i usually run those for the meats and do sides and simple stuff on the other cookers and grills. it is a PITA sometimes but people seem to think it is impressive when they are all going at once~

    Yes i did!! she arrived at about 645 last night while i was cooking on one of my reds. The UPS driver said " looks like you need another grill!" put it together and she is massive. will break her in tonight

    it is parchment paper, i just use it over a stone and it seems to do fine. the edges will get crispy but has never caught fire. the truck is a 1972 chevrolet. chopped 8 inches, 454, AC, air bags. etc etc. have had it for about 12 years, not much time for it these days, with baseball, dance...

    fired up the recent addition put on a few wings after about an hour at 240 after 2 hours broke out the fryer my son like his grilled. so i crisped his up fried and sauced rubbed with habanero death dust, the sauced with a mix of hot, honey and chipotle... outstanding...
