    I switch stuff all the time, was only charcoal for a few years but added a S330 this year and retired one kettle, may add a performer now. Just have fun, cheap Hobby whatever you decide to do! Guys got to eat!

    I Googled up a new weber water pan for $27, sometimes I foil mine, sometimes not. Don't know why people are so protective if their water pans, just trash it, when it leaks buy another!

    Costco Ribs

    Always removed here on baby backs from Costco, got some in the ftig,brave not checked yet, Saturdays cook maybe. The St Louis ribs I have not seen here before but my wife said they had them yesterday, I'll have to try those soon as see if they have membrane on.

    No gaps on the inside, looks like gaps on outside but it'seems tight on interior, no leaks. It's a nice door, the handle is nice as well.

    Mine was moldy this spring too, I put the grates in the gas grill, scrubbed WSM out with nylon wire brush, cleaned bowl, cleaned grates after heated on gas grill, put everything back and loaded a chimney to burn it out and dry it. Maybe vents open next year during storage? I had it stored...

    I'll give you a tip, I have made a lot of rubs but if you are a pork chop guy (I buy them thick at costco) there is a rub guy in texas, Texas rubs, get the champion blend and rub them, put them in a gallon freezer ziploc bag, give it 4,5 hours or more and grill. I have had hundreds of people...
