    Salmon Steaks

    Hey Chuck - I have only ever cooked salmon on a plank before Saturday - and i love it that way! i was almost hesitant to not use the planks, but after trying - I would highly recommend it and will do this recipe again. no better or worse than planked, but different - and definitely worth a try!
