Sat night cook was a fun one. Grilled some corn, which the wife made into a salsa or something. whatever it was - it was great. salmon turned out great as well.




plated. yes, i have 2 potatoes - dont judge me. lol

Nice job on the Salmon, I think I'd like it directly on the grill. My bride likes it on a cedar plank, I'll have to show her this thread and see what she says
 
Hey Chuck - I have only ever cooked salmon on a plank before Saturday - and i love it that way! i was almost hesitant to not use the planks, but after trying - I would highly recommend it and will do this recipe again. no better or worse than planked, but different - and definitely worth a try!
