    Problem with one of my legs

    I have been having a problem with one of the legs on my WSM. It wants to buckle and allow the entire smoker to topple over. Is there an easy fix for this problem? I don't want to have to pay a machine shop to fabricate a new set of legs.

    I can't remember ever eating beef BBQ, since I am from the south, but when you fellows smoke up a brisket in your WSMs do you cook it until it falls apart like Boston Butts and make a pulled pork style dish only made with beef, or is it something different?? TIA
