    Acknowledge Alarm?

I can't seem to find it, but thought there was a way, to acknowledge the alarm without disabling it remotely in the web interface? Am I incorrect on this account?

Has anyone built a holster for their heatermeter?

I want to find a way to make a 3d printer holster so I can mount the heatermeter on the side of my grill. Slide it in and plug it up. Anyone have any plans for something like this? I am using the 4.2 heatermeter if they have anything? I have a printer but never made anything from scratch so...

Need 3D printed Case for Heatermeter 4.2

Hey all I was hoping someone can print me a 3d case for a heater meter 4.2 with a Raspberry Pi Zero (meaning there is no Network Port on the one side to leave out) and I think there might be some other difference. Let me know. Thanks! Neil

    Frustrated

So I don't get it. I use my heatermeter. Unplug it put it away and fire it back up for the next cook and it just won't connect to the wifi. Its garbage now. I mean I have to take it apart to connect it to an HDMI port and try to figure out what is going on. I brought it inside the house...

    I'm gonna throw it away

Guys I am at wits end! I changed wireless network AP's and the associated name. I had to take the damn thing all apart to get an HDMI connection and a USB keyboard. Anyway I got it plugged in to my hardwired network and I can access everything. I've gone through and redid everything under...

    Suggested Software Updates

As I struggle desperately to determine why my heatermeter just dropped off the map of wifi I would love to see some options to view: current IP address, connected network, maybe update IP / network settings. Just a thought?

    Thermocoupler offset?

Hey all I just got a new thermocoupler. I noticed that the original I was using had an offset of 23 degrees! I had to replace it and in the process I updated to the latest software. Anyway I tried to calibrate using the typical ice in water procedure. I had to reduce the reading by negative...

    Two Questions

Hey all two questions: 1. Setting up alarms. What is a threshold vs. a set point? Which triggers an alarm? 2. I noticed my thermocouple today is about 23 degrees low and it is bouncing around by 3 degrees within seconds? Also I had my heatermeter set to -3 last time so there is some...

    TX-1002X-NP on Heatermeter 4.2

Hey guys I can't seem to get my heatermeter 4.2 to work with my TX-1002X-NP. When I choose the TX1001 option I get OFF. When I change it to the ET72/73 option I get a strangely high number (probably not a surprise). I am going to grab my heatermeter 4.0 with these probes for testing! Neil

    Two questions 4.2.4

Hey guys I need help with two things: 1. I need to disable the blower option all together. I can't seem to find a place to disable it but its distracting and i don't use this function so I would like to turn it off. 2. My alarms don't seem to be working. I have a low setpoint and a high...

    Probes

I just finished two briskets on my FEC120 and I am very excited but I used my Stoker to log my cook. Of course the stoker broke down at the end of the cook - it wasn't available via the network. This isn't unusual with the stoker and I realized I haven't found a device a I like! I have a...
