If the rain holds up I'm going to test out my new cooker with some chicken. How much warmer is the bottom rack compared to the top rack? On my UDS I usually spatchcock in a foil pan. I can't get two pans on one rack with this cooker.

I'm looking for a chicken cooker. I was thinking of buying a 14 WSM but will a mini hold 4 chicken halves? Can you get temps to 300 to 350?

I just called Weber and the rep said the 2014 models are out. You must confirm with your store to get you the new one.
