18.5 rack temps

If the rain holds up I'm going to test out my new cooker with some chicken. How much warmer is the bottom rack compared to the top rack? On my UDS I usually spatchcock in a foil pan. I can't get two pans on one rack with this cooker.

I've never measured but it's not that much.I getmore color on the top, so I rotate midway during a cook.

Excellent link Tim, thank you very much. Looks like temps only vary within 15 degrees. I can easily deal with that.
