Has anybody tried this cowboy charcoal? It’s made through Duraflame. I tried it. It wasn’t bad not a lot of smoke. Lots of heat.

Picked up some ribs at Costco a three pack for about $30 cooked them with Kingsburg with chunks of apricot-based them with a mixture of apricot jam with barbecue sauce

We did a simple cook, smoked some tri-tips granddaughters been wanting to learn how to barbecue so we bought her a small pit for Christmas so her job was the hotdogs and hot links in other side dishes

Picked up these ribs at the local market for 4.99 a pound 8 pound bags. All I did was use salt pepper garlic. I sprayed them throughout the cook with beef broth cook them about 300° fast cook hot cook brought the internal temp up to 170 wrapped till it hit 200 let rest for 1hr total cook was 4hrs
