A clay saucer from Home Depot works great on my 18.5 WSM, I've never used water in the water pan, just the saucer.

My WSM was a older one and did not have the grommet hole, so I had a friend help cut a hole for it and since then I've been using my Thermoworks devices all the time. Well except for smoking cheese or nuts :)

I had a neighbor who tried to steal a laptop by telling the fedex person that he was authorized to accept the package for me, the idiot misspelt my name.

There is a smokerfire near for sale at $650. The shelf on the side with the controller is all mangled up. Does anyone think that the controller may also be damaged?

I have one for my Kettle and I am super happy with it being on there and not on smoker. Best add-on for the kettle so far.

I would get a roti for the 22'kettle. I have both grill that you have and more and was glad I chose the bigger roti than a smaller one for the WSM
