    Pork chop question.

Thanks everyone. I don't think I've made pork chops before, so I'll keep this in mind.

Did you like the garlic flavor in the sauce?

    Garlic chicken?

Thanks. So looking at the recipe again, I can cook the chicken in a normal skillet pan, and the pasta in a pot. Correct?

    Garlic chicken?

Thanks. Then looking at the 40 clove garlic one again, I think if I do 3 lbs. of breasts; maybe 3 heads of garlic instead of 4 since I have less meat; and cook it in the oven for 25-30 minutes, it should come out how it's supposed to.

    Pork chop question.

I went shopping for this recipe. https://www.halfbakedharvest.com/roasted-cranberry-brown-sugar-pork-chops/ The recipe called for 4 bone in pork chops. There was only one pack of bone in pork chops, and there were only 3 pork chops in it. I saw other packs of boneless pork chops, which had...

Can this be done without an Instant Pot?

    Garlic chicken?

Thanks for these. I guess I should have specified, I wasn't looking for a whole chicken. Can you post this one? Whether it's legs, breasts, or thighs, this is more what I was looking for. I just want to make sure I use the right link. Thanks. I just saw one recipe that might be what you...

    Garlic chicken?

Does anyone have a good garlic chicken recipe (using fresh garlic, not powder)? Whether it's part of a marinade, or rub, etc. Just something that tastes very garlicky. (@Joan, this recipe you posted below has always tasted lemony to me, I can never taste the garlic. But that's ok, I like it...

    Coffee rubbed pork?

I'm considering one of these recipes. https://www.budgetbytes.com/coffee-rubbed-pork-roast/ https://www.platingpixels.com/cowboy-coffee-rub-grilled-pork-chops/ 1) What's better, the pork roast one or the pork chop one? 2) Is it possible to smoke it, or is that a bad idea? I guess I'm...

    Picadillo

I have a folder (now on my 2nd folder). If I like a recipe, or there's a chance I might make it again, it goes in one of the folders. If not, I throw it out. I rarely make notes, I think I've only done it on one recipe ever, because I added a few more spices. The recipes are in somewhat...

    Thinner pizza crust.

Thanks, I might have to do this. When I previously tried the parchment paper years ago, I don't think I pulled it once the cook started. Maybe this would help, if the dough feels too sticky. I know I can't assemble the pizza on the hot steel, that's going to lead to spills or other spacing...

    Thinner pizza crust.

@Tim Campbell, @M Andreyka The dough balls are in the fridge now, in their separate bags. Question: Is the dough going to feel less sticky in 2 days? Right now, it feels very sticky. I used the weights that were in the recipe across all ingredients. When I first started trying dough...

    Thinner pizza crust.

Store the 4 balls separately (in separate storage bags), right?

    Thinner pizza crust.

Just an update on this. I tried with the hand saw, but could barely get it to cut. So I just asked the handyman, who used his electric saw, to cut the olive logs. Problem solved.
