    I've seen in the past where people get the measurements off their current bowl and go to Walmart or Target or some such place and look at their stainless steel bowls and find one that fits. I'm told it's a lot cheaper that way

    I like to cook beef ribs but I like to cook plate ribs. They're the longer version of short ribs so some butchers don't carry them. But if you find them season them whatever you like. Then cook them at 250 or so could take six hours or more then use the probe method which I found on this...
