Yep, hence the pristine, new condition. Must have been laughing drunk when he bought it for Hotlanta... next morning wondering what the heck did he do.
 
Could have moved from the North and brought it with them. We don't really have any snowbirds nor do we get more than 5 or 6 inches of snow in a year which generally melts within the same day. I don't even own a snow shovel no need but farther up in Northern GA you might they get a little colder in the winter.
