    Ok folks, no indoor cooking tonight. Left work at 4pm today A couple of Cumberlands for the kids....had to go hot and fast as they came home very hungry from a day at the beach. The coals weren't quite ready The chicken thighs and one fillet goes on ( rubbed in a Nandos medium dry rub)...

    Bill, what i do is get the leg cut into half and then rotisserie it. Even us two adults and two kids, by the time you have added potatoes and veg we never eat huge amounts. My wife used to hate lamb until she tried the rotiserrie version!

    Hi Guys Sorry no action shots and grills still MIA :-( Yep been working late recently so my wife has eaten by the time i get home and i dont see the point in firing a grill up (gas or charcoal) just for me.....so i chill, have a few refreshments to unwind ;-) and then whip out my trust cast...
