so after Sunday nights household mishap (which actually turned out NOT so bad after all) we had some rump leftover
guess what I had for dinner last night - and am having again in sandwiches today???

What temp you cook at? Any seasons? Nice piece of meat.

simply seasoned with olive oil, rosemary and crushed garlic
standard sear - 2 mins or so each side over high heat - then check for 'doneness' using the finger poke method :)
