Dave Thats what mine was labeled. Mine was 9lbs and came in cryovac. Smoked it last night . Trimmed the skin off and rubbed it. Than it was low and slow for 13 hrs. Pulled nice. Not much left over. Mike

have a Chargriller with a side fire box. Will still use it. It is fun and a challenge to maintain the fire. Also works great as a grill alot of cooking surface. Mike

It is a great time of year for free wood. I have 5 orchards within 10 miles of my house.Peach and apple. They let me go out and get all the trimmings I want. Most in the 2"- 4" diam. Mike

I get mine from the local orchards. They were out pruning the other day and they said I could have all the apple trimings I want.Most was in the 2-3" dia.When we go picking in the fall I ask if they have any wood and I come out with great apples and a bundle of wood. They will be doing there...
