    Sorry no plate! Was hungry and forgot - but I did get a pic of two of them coming off - they turned out great! Cook time was a bit longer than I thought but then I figured there was 19lbs of yard bird on there. Overall BWSM (baby WSM) works well and equal quality as the rest of weber gear.

    Warming leftover pulled pork

    If you are going to warm in the vacuum seal bag make sure you have plenty of room in the pot! I busted/melted a bag open because I crammed a large bag into a small pot! I was in a hurry - when I pulled the bag out all the contents remained in the pot of boiling water....solution chili seasoning...

    Sorry don't have any pictures but I used a couple of Weber Performers for a built in kitchen and repurposed the carts for the WSM. Fits perfect... check CL and see if you can find a used Performer on the cheap. Good luck -
