my daughter wants to get into bbqing more but she wanted her own weber kettle. she wanted something that no one else has cooked on. she went w/ me to the bbq store to look for a gas grill for her and she seen the pretty blue kettle. daddy...
that's my rub glue. my bottle. there is another bottle in the frig for the rest of the family. if you don't write you name on it the mustard might end up going and a camping trip or whatever my kids do. this one stays in the house and don't touch.
I still have one mak 1 star but WSMs and the kettles are my friends now. voodoo schmear is something a comp cook told me about. its parkay, brown sugar and a liquid sweeting agent. adds a nice touch to my ribs.

holy cr@p those look good. there is no sauce on these. that's just rib goodness. i do pour the FL juices back on the ribs after i put them back on.
