    The butt is off the WSM and wrapped in foil. I did peal off a piece to give to my wife. She said OMG!!:eek: One thing I thing I need is a better meat thermometer like the tharmapen.

    New owner/Old WSM

    This happens with my WSM too but I did not notice it till after I lit the coals. I pushed the bent tap with my shoe and the vent flattened out and worked fine. The door also needed some reshaping. All the other parts were good to go.

    Man I love fish. It's not a diet if you love it;) I went fishing with a pal at work in Miami back in the 90's. We caught 18 Dolphin (Mahi Mahi). We fired up the grill and MAN were they good.

    OMG! I just cooked the best ribs I EVER had. They have a great smoke ring and the smoke flavor was NOT tooooo powerful. My family is loving it! Thankyou guys Van

    The temp has peaked to 250 and the smoke has faded away. Now it's wait till the meat is done and feast. We are having Sweet Taders and vegies too. MMmmm:wsm:

    3 to 6 months to get my WSM! This is torture....

    First! Thank you four your service!!!!! While you are waiting for your WSM you can smoke a turkey in the kettle using the snake method. However I would hook up with wolgast!!! Sound like fun.
