    Nice cook! It looks like you got those high temps with the water pan in place? I am going to do a chicken cook in the next couple weeks and noticed that lately for higher heat in the WSM it is better to leave the water pan out

    It is really great, but I need to make another batch cause I used it up too quick! Rolf - they were just marinated in some olive oil and salt and pepper. Thanks everyone. I've been on a bit of a kabob kick lately cause they are really easy and quick for a weeknight meal

    Dwain, I second your recommendation. I have the book on my iPad and am really satisfied with it so far. I have made about 6 or 7 of the recipes and found them to be very good. And while still getting to use the grill while eating healthier is always a great thing!

    Definitely lots of boneless skinless chicken breasts. The biggest change we have made to our eating habits in our household is to cut out wheat....which makes sandwiches, burgers, etc harder to pull off. When I do cook burgers my go to is to use a grilled portobello mushroom as a bun. I've never...
