    Sourdough Pancakes

Going to have to give this a try. We have been making sourdough bread for the past few months so I already have the starter.

    Chicken Cordon Jack

That looks great Tim, definitely going to be giving this recipe a try. I don't think there is a chef out there that doesn't encounter some cheese loss when making dishes like this. Thanks for sharing.

I Couldn't Pass Up This Deal

Thanks Tim. It looked a little different when I picked it up. Nothing 0000 and Simple Green couldn't wash away. Luckily the grates were in really good shape.

I Couldn't Pass Up This Deal

I really don't need another grill but this one showed up for $30 on FB marketplace and I just couldn't help myself. She cleaned up well. I never owned a MT, they are nice grills. Current # of Weber's is 12 for me, an all time high.

    Rehabber's Bundle Score

Rich, I have a Gold C on the porch that I refurbished a few years back. When I get the Silver B together I'm probably going to sell the Gold C. The B has a smaller footprint and I have never needed all the side table space on the C.

    Rehabber's Bundle Score

I have a blue top Silver B that's been sitting in my garage for a while now. It will need a few things so I was in no hurry. Saw these on FB Market and the guy only wanted $50 for the bundle. Burners, stainless grates and stainless flavorizer bars. Looks like that Silver B might be going...

    Question about Performer grill

I did the same thing and love the setup. I have had to refill mine after about a year and a half but we don't have the fire bans here like Rich has to deal with.

A New [unneeded] Toy and a Creekstone Purchase

Nice cook. There was a PK for sale around here for for $450, like the one you have. I'm still regretting not buying it.

    Rack of lamb

Looks great Steve. I just picked up a rack at Costco today. We were supposed to have it for Mother's Day but Costco had been selling all of it before I could get there.

    Q at Costco

I have a Q1200 and absolutely love it. That being said the cart for the Q models is really a disappointment. Fortunately I found the Q on FB marketplace and only paid $90 for the grill/stand/cover/adapter. While this Q2200 is a good deal I think if I was in the market for a portable Weber gas...

Weber 20.5 Table Top Jumbo Joe ????

I can't wait to cook on that 48 incher. You can probably set up some bar stools around the table on that beast.

    Weber Ranch Kettle Amazon Sale

My wife just asked me what I wanted for Father's Day. It would be a bit more than was spent on Mother's Day. Probably won't go over too well.

What is your secret to beautiful grill marks , grate sear marks etc?

I like using the cast iron on the grill so I don't smoke up the kitchen and have the house smell like steak for a day. I haven't tried chicken or fish this way. I did watch Gordon Ramsay cook a steak this way and had to try it. Here they were after adding butter and thyme per Gordon's recipe.

What is your secret to beautiful grill marks , grate sear marks etc?

When it comes to steaks this is my favorite way to cook them.
