    This is the only kind of sauce that belongs on pulled pork. I don’t even put ketchup in the version I make. Vinegar, salt and hot peppers are all pulled pork needs.

    Short ribs like that are one of my favorite ways to smoke beef. Try some oak next time for smoke wood. It’s great with beef.
