    My first cook with pork spareribs + Royal Oak on the 22 inch kettle. The charcoal baskets will be used and filled to the top at the start. Planned cook is two hours so at 320F therefore how much R.O. to add after an hour or so?????

    In 1975 I worked for Bill Graham, the iconic promoter from the 60s. I worked the both Stones concerts that same year at the Cow Palace when Billy Preston accompanied them and was totally unimpressed. Really.

    WOW! Way more mods than I would do and I'm satisfied with how mine performs with just adjusting the vents manually. I make mostly bacon and jerky with the vents adjusted manually. 8))
