    Weber Pizza Stone 8836

The longer you use them the less they stick is a fact! I’ve been using the same stone for eleven years. It’s pitch black and nothing sticks to it:D

What is the Best Garlic Press?

I rarely use a garlic press, I usually just go at the garlic with a knife, but when I do, I use the original SUSI too. I just checked and there are quite a few of the original style listed up on e-bay right now. Hey, if you know you were happy with it...

Just Purchased Summit E-420 - Opinions Welcome

Congrats on the new grill! I know you'll love it. I've had mine for about three years with no issues. Here's my one piece of advice, don't let debris build up on those ramps in the fire box. The debris will start to soak up grease instead of letting it flow toward the drip pan. Next time you...

S J. Gold Mini WSM Smoker

I’m a little ashamed to admit that I haven’t christened the mini yet. Once I do, I’ll be happy to post on the temp variance.

S J. Gold Mini WSM Smoker

The paint is Ace hardware heat resistant gloss black and the handles came with the tamale pot. I don't know if it'll make a difference, but after the paint dried for a day, I burned a load of charcoal with the talmale pot upside down to (hopefully) more evenly and thoroughly cure the paint...

S J. Gold Mini WSM Smoker

Say Hello to the newest member of the family: Well, I spent my day off being as productive as feasable. I decided to be as flexible as possible by making grill supports every 3" since hardware is cheap (hardware's still at my shop, black stainless) and you never know how what you're gonna be...

    How to clean Stainless??

I use the Weiman SS cleaner and polish and it leaves the grill looking great.I don't know how it would be at undoing years of neglect, worth a try though.

    Guy Fieri Grill Surface thermometer.........

I think it might give you a better idea of the temps you're your searing your steak at, no? I picked the same one up this weekend at Albertson's for $3.95, just for fun. Kingsford paint job

Which Weber to order? Recs please

In the end, I decided the price per inch was better with the 670 and the overall room won out. I had no idea how much I'd use the infrared burner, and for so many more things than browning what's on the rotisserie. I use it all the time. As far as the smoker, don't consider it to be much more...

Which Weber to order? Recs please

I wouldn't count the 670 out quite yet, it is within your price range. I wanted one for years before I was ready to make the plunge. I've been 100% happy I did. I wavered for a little while, thinking maybe the the 470 would be enough, but in the end I had to go with what I knew I needed to have...
